摘　　要：目的构建一套科学规范且符合冠心病监护病房(coronary heart care unit,CCU)工作的护理质量客观评价体系。方法以结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式为理论基础,采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家函询,确定评价指标各层级条目,最终形成CCU护理质量客观评价指标体系。结果两轮函询专家积极系数为88.89%、100.00%,权威系数为0.858和0.865,专家意见协调程度较好;形成包括4项一级指标、8项二级指标和14项三级指标的CCU护理质量客观评价指标体系。结论构建的CCU护理质量客观评价指标体系对CCU护理管理工作提出了明确要求和质量标准,具有良好的可操作性,能用于评价CCU护理管理质量。Objective To construct a set of scientific and standardized nursing quality objective evaluation system in coronary care unit（CCU）wards. Methods A structure-process-the results-based quality evaluation model was constructed as the theoretical basis, which was sent to experts for consultation by mails using Delphi method for two rounds to determine the weight value of evaluation indexes at all items. The CCU nursing quality objective evaluation index system was constructed. Results The positive coefficient was 88.89% and 100.00%, respectively, for the two-round consultations, and the authoritative coefficient was 0.858 and 0.865,respectively. A CCU nursing quality evaluation index system consisting of 4 primary indexes, 8 secondary indexes and 14 tertiary ones was formed. Conclusions The constructed CCU nursing quality objective evaluation index system for coronary care wards is feasible,for it puts forward definite requirements and quality standards. It is reliable for the evaluation of CCU nursing quality management.
