严重精神障碍患者家属社会支持状况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨严重精神障碍患者家属社会支持水平状况及其影响因素,为社区管理严重精神障碍患者提供对策依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取本市纳入基本公共卫生服务管理的严重精神障碍患者(简称在管严重精神障碍患者)家属865例,应用社会支持评定量表调查其家属社会支持水平,并分析影响因素。结果严重精神障碍患者家属社会支持水平为(31.67±7.67)分,低于国内常模(38.78±7.60)分(P<0.001);多重线性回归结果显示,年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入、职业进入了回归方程(均P<0.05),其中社会支持水平与年龄呈负相关,与文化程度、家庭月收入呈正相关。结论严重精神障碍患者家属社会支持水平较低,其中年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入、职业是患者家属社会支持的主要影响因素。应加强对患者家属健康教育、争取社会救助、改善家庭经济状况、提升患者家属个人技能等,可能将有利于提高患者家属社会支持水平,从而有助于严重精神障碍患者的管理与康复。Objective To explore the social support for the family members of patients with severe mental disorder, and investigate the influencing factors. Methods The method of convenient sampling was used to investigate the social support for 825 family members of patients with severe mental disorders in Zhanjiang. The social support rating scale was applied in the investigation.The influencing factors were analyzed. Results The score on social support for the family members of patients with severe mental disorders was（31.67±7.67）, which was significantly lower than the average score of the domestic norm of（38.78±7.60）（P〈0.001）.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, education, monthly family income, and occupation were factors influencing the social support for the patient＇s family members（all P〈0.05）. Social support was negatively related to age, but positively to education level,monthly family income and occupation. Conclusions The social support of family members of patients with severe mental disorders in Zhanjiang is at a lower level. Age, education level, monthly family income and occupation are the influencing factors. It is necessary to strengthen the health education for patients＇ family members and improve the economic status of the family so as to improve the social support for the patients＇ families and enhance the management and rehabilitation of patients with severe mental disorders.
