28例复发难治性多发性骨髓瘤患者行嵌合抗原受体T细胞免疫疗法的效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的总结嵌合抗原受体T细胞(chimeric antigen receptor T-cell,CAR-T)免疫疗法治疗复发难治性多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)的护理要点。方法对28例复发难治性MM行CAR-T免疫疗法,在治疗中对患者实施心理护理、静脉用药护理、饮食护理、预防感染和细胞因子释放综合征的观察和护理。结果 28例患者治疗总有效率92.9%。未发生护理相关并发症。结论 CAR-T治疗难治复发性MM效果是确切的。做好心理护理可使患者处于最佳的心理状态接受治疗;预处理的护理和对细胞因子释放综合征的观察及护理对保证疾病的治疗效果具有重要意义。Objective To summarize the nursing measures for patients with recurrent refractory multiple myeloma（MM）treated with chimeric antigen receptor T（CAR-T） cell immunotherapy. Method Psychological nursing, intravenous medication nursing, diet nursing, bone marrow suppression nursing and cytokine releasing syndrome nursing performed to 28 patients with recurrent refractory MM. Results The total effective rate of 28 patients was 92.9%. No nursing complications occurred. Conclusions CAR-T is effective in the treatment of refractory recurrent MM. The pertinent mental care helps the patients to live through the treatment in a good condition. Pre-treatment nursing and bone marrow suppression nursing care is important for an ensured therapeutic effect.
