摘 要:基于重庆特殊的地貌及气候特点,开展了不同栽培方式及环境对石斛生长和化学成分的影响研究。研究结果表明,仿野生林下贴树栽培,采用草绳和扎带固定的方式相对线卡更有优势。温室、人工林及天然林下栽培,石斛含水量及有效成分的含量有着显著的差异,林下仿野生环境栽培的石斛有效成分含量远高于温室内栽培的石斛,其中多糖含量甚至远高于赤水本地产的金钗石斛。The effects of different cultural environment were studied on the growth and chemical compositions of Dendrobium nobile on the basis of specific Climatic conditions of Chongqing.The results showed that D.nobile cultured in natural forest were better,which was nestled up to trunk by the rope of rice straw and nylon cable ties.There were significant differences in active component and water content under different culturing conditions of greenhouse,natural forests and plantation.The active component content of D.nobile cultured in forests was more than that in green house.Especially the content of total polysaccharides was higher than that in D.nobile cultured in Chishui of Guizhou Province.
