摘　　要：智能题库系统采用Django Web框架,用Python语言进行编程,并利用Postgre SQL数据库对教务工作和考务工作进行数字化管理。结合具有REST架构风格的REST Framework框架,设计并实现了试卷管理、题库管理、报告分析和考纲管理四大功能模块。智能题库的实现不仅提升了教学质量而且提高了教务工作者的工作效率,是现代化教学发展的必然趋势。The smart question database system uses Django web framework,programming with python language,and using the Postgre SQL database to digital management of academic work and test work.Combining the REST framework with REST architecture style,this paper designs and implements five major functional modules：test paper management,question bank management,independent exercise management,report analysis and syllabus management.The implementation of the intelligent item bank not only improves the teaching quality but also improves the efficiency of the teaching staff.It is an inevitable trend in the development of modern teaching.
