摘　　要：监狱的安全稳定是社会稳定的重要组成部分,传统的纯人工管理或采用"孤岛"形式的技术防范手段都已不适合现代化监狱管理的要求,迫切需要能将监狱安防众多子系统通过实战平台集成,监狱内民警可以便捷地获取数据信息,变传统的"人学系统"为"系统学人",降低了民警对智能化系统的知识要求,实现了让系统为人服务;同时每个事件都有对应的预案,事件发生后系统自动根据预案进行对应处理,事件管理由"被动查询"转变为"主动推送",事件记录统计高度自动化。The traditional manual management or island form of technical means of prevention are not suitable for modern prison management requirements.Integrating the security subsystems through a platform is urgently needed,which helps prison police to access data information easily,changing the traditional human learning from system into system learning from man,and reducing the knowledge requirement of the police to the intelligent system.
