摘  要:探讨棉花中保棉磷的检测方法及新疆地区棉花中保棉磷的残留情况。采用气相色谱-串联质谱法对新疆不同产地的棉花及种植地环境样品(水和土壤)中保棉磷残留量进行检测分析。样品采用溶剂提取、固相萃取柱和基质分散剂净化。试验表明:不同样品的添加回收率在77.5%~86.9%之间,相对标准偏差在3.3%~7.1%之间;在0.05μg/mL^2.00μg/mL浓度范围之间线性关系良好;该方法的灵敏度、精密度和准确度均满足农药残留分析要求。认为气相色谱-串联质谱法适用于各类样品中保棉磷农药残留的快速筛查与定性、定量分析。The test method for azinphos-methyl in cotton and the residue situation of azinphos-methyl in cotton of Xinjiang area were discussed. The gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was adopted to test and analyze the azinphos-methyl residue of the cotton produced in different areas of Xinjiang and the environment sample of cultivated land like water and soil. The samples were extracted by solvent and purified with solid phase extraction column and matrix dispersant. The test results showed that the fortified recovery for different samples were from 77.5% to 86. 9%. The relative standard deviation was between 3.3% and 7. 1%. The linear relation was better when the concentration range was from 0.05 μg/mL to 2.00μg/mL. The analyses requirement for pesticide residue could be satisfied from the sensitivity, accuracy and accuracy degree of the method. It is considered that gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is suitable for the quick screening and the qualitative& quantitative analysis of azinphos-methyl pesticide residue in each kinds of samples.
