摘 要:探讨间位芳纶与对位芳纶混和物的定量化学分析方法。深入研究了芳纶的溶解性能,探寻出了一种能够很好地溶解间位芳纶而不溶解对位芳纶的溶解体系,设置了合理的试验参数和过滤清洗程序,对间位芳纶与对位芳纶混和物的混纺比进行了测定。试验结果表明:该方法的测试结果与参考值的偏差绝对值均在2.0%以下,同样品不同人员检测结果偏差均在0.5%以内。认为:该方法具有较好的准确性与稳定性,可以作为间位芳纶与对位芳纶混和物的定量化学分析方法。The quantitative chemical analysis method for the mixture of meta-aramid fiber and para-aramid fiber was discussed. The solubility of aramid were deeply studied. A solution system that could well dissolve metaaramid fiber but not dissolve para-aramid fiber was explored. Reasonable experimental parameters and filtration cleaning procedure were set. The blending ratio for the mixture of meta-aramid fiber and para-aramid fiber was tested. The test results showed that the absolute value of deviation between test results with the method and ref- erence value was lower than 2.0%. The test results deviation between different were all lower 0.5%. It is considered that the method has better accuracy and stab oper ility. ators for the same sample It can be used as the quan titative chemical analysis method for the mixture of meta-aramid fiber and para-aramid fiber.
