摘　　要：本文针对锦纶纯纺纱易产生静电从而影响成条的技术难题,提出一种具有可加湿防静电功能的棉箱改造方案,在现有FA203C型梳棉机棉箱基础上增设加湿防静电装置,解决了锦纶短纤纯纺纱加湿防静电问题,有效控制了短纤的抱合性,提高了成条能力。生产试验结果表明,该棉箱可缩短防静电预处理周期,达到了锦纶短纤在梳棉机上梳理成条所要求的湿度和防静电水平,保证了纯纺短纤的成条及成纱指标。In view of the technology problems that polyamide pure spinning were prone to generate static e lectricity and affectted card sliver, a modification program with functions of humidification and anti-static electrici ty was proposed. A device with functions of humidification and anti-static electricity was added to FA203C carding machine. The problems of humidification and anti-static electricity of polyamide spinning were solved. The cohe sion of short fibers was effectively controlled and ability to form card sliver was improved. Production test results showed that the period of anti-static electricity pretreatment was shorten by the hopper, humidity and anti-static electricity level required for carding polyamide short fibers on carding machine were achieved. The card sliver formation and yarn formation index of pure short fibers were guaranteed.
