芳香/脂肪族共聚脲纺丝溶液流变性能的研究

摘  要:采用4,4'-二苯甲烷二异氰酯酯(MDI)与间苯二胺(m-PDA)及1,6-己二胺(HDA)为原料,通过溶液聚合法制备出不同HDA含量的芳香/脂肪族共聚脲(co-PUa)纺丝溶液;采用ARES流变仪研究了溶液的流变性能。结果表明:co-PUa纺丝溶液属于非牛顿流体,对于HDA含量较少的co-PUa纺丝溶液,剪切速率(6)γ)对其表观黏度(ηa)的影响较小,HDA含量越大,其ηa随6)γ的增加而下降越快;co-PUa纺丝溶液的ηa随HDA含量的增加而上升,随温度的升高而降低;co-PUa纺丝溶液中HDA含量越大,其黏流活化能下降越明显;co-PUa纺丝溶液的非牛顿指数随HDA含量的增加而降低,随温度的升高而增大。A novel aromatic/aliphatic co-polyurea (co-PUa) spinning solution containing different amounts of 1,6-hexamethylene diamine (HDA) was prepared by using 4,4′- methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), m- phenylenediamine ( m- PDA ) and HDA via solution polymerization. The rheological behavior of co-PUa spinning solution was studied with an ARES rheometer. The results showed that co-PUa spinning solution belonged to non-Newtonian fluid; the shearing rate (γ ) gave a little effect on the apparent viscosity ( η a ) of the co-PUa spinning solution at relatively low HDA amount; the higher the HDA content, the faster η a dropped with the increase of ; η a of the co-PUa spinning solution was increased with the increase of HDA content and was decreased with the temperature elevation; the higher HDA content in co-PUa spinning solution, the more obvious drop in the viscous flow activation energy; and the non-Newtonian index of the co-PUa spinning solution was decreased with the increase of HDA content and was increased with the temperature elevation.
