摘 要:采用水刺技术对滤料用单面再生涤纶毯坯进行处理,分析了不同水刺工艺参数下水刺后的单面再生涤纶毯坯的透气率、断裂强力、面密度以及缠结情况等,并与原样进行比较。结果表明:经水刺后的再生涤纶毯坯有纤维的一面变得相对平滑,没有毛绒感,纤维间贴合紧密,有少许纤维穿透毯坯达到另一面;水刺再生涤纶毯坯与原样相比,透气率减小,断裂强力增大,面密度增加;水针压力对再生涤纶毯坯的性能影响较大,而走布速度的影响较小,当水针压力为5.0 MPa,走布速度为0.4 m/min时,水刺再生涤纶毯坯过滤性能、力学性能及缠结性能最佳。The recycled single-side polyester carpet composites were treated by spunlace technology. The air permeability, breaking strength, area density and entanglement of the spunlaced recycled single-side polyester carpet composites were analyzed at different spunlace process parameters and were compared with those of the original carpet composites. The results showed that the spunlaced recycled polyester carpet composite had one side with relatively smooth and woolen feeling surface and tight fiber combination, and a few fibers penetrated the carpet composite to the other side; the recycled polyester carpet composites had lower air peameability, higher breaking strength and higher area density after spunlace; the water jet pressure had a great effect on the properties of the recycled single-side polyester carpet composite, but a little effect on the cloth speed; the filtration performance, mechanical properties and entanglement performance of the spunlaced recycled polyester carpet composites were optimized when the water jet pressure was 5.0 MPa and cloth speed 0.4 m/min.
