摘 要:介绍了锦纶66帘子布生产中帘子线直捻机的两种节能方式,对比分析了实际生产中国产K3501B普通型直捻机与进口阿尔玛CC3普通型及CC4节能型直捻机的节能情况,探讨了国产K3501B普通型直捻机的节能改造措施。结果表明:阿尔玛CC4节能型直捻机相比CC3型直捻机及国产K3501B型直捻机,其节能效果最优,相比CC3型节能比率为8%~24%;CC3型直捻机比国产K3501B型直捻机节能,节能比率为7%~15%;CC3型直捻机在品种相同的情况下,锭速和捻度越低,生产中吨布耗电越低;通过减小国产K3501B普通型直捻机加捻部件中的储纱盘直径和加捻盘直径、优化直捻机锭罐形状、降低锭速等方式,改造后的国产K3501B型直捻机的吨布耗电与改造前相比,节能比率达10%~12%。Two kinds of energy saving technologies were introduced for tire cord direct twisting machine during the production of polyamide 66 tire cord. The energy saving effects of China-made traditional K3501B direct twisting machine and the imported Alma CC3 traditional direct twisting machine and Alma CC4 energy-saving direct twisting machine were contrasted in practical production. The energy-saving innovation of K3501B direct twisting machine was discussed at different spindle speed. The results showed that Alma CC4 energy-saving direct twisting machine provided the best energy-saving effect and saved 8%-24% energy consumption of CC3 direct twisting machine when CC3 direct twisting machine saved 7%-15% energy consumption of K3501B direct twisting machine; the lower the spindle speed and the twist of CC3 direct twisting machine, the lower the power consumption per ton of fabrics of the same specification; K3501B direct twisting machine could save 10%-12% power consumption perton fabrics after innovation by decreasing the yarn storage disc diameter and twisting disc diameter, optimizing the spindle tank shape and decreasing the spindle speed.
