摘  要:以相对黏度2.47的有光聚己内酰胺(PA 6)切片为原料,通过高速纺丝及假捻变形,生产细旦PA 6预取向丝(POY)和假捻变形丝(DTY),探讨了生产工艺条件对产品性能的影响。结果表明:PA 6 POY较佳生产工艺为纺丝温度250~265℃,侧吹风速度0.4 m/s、温度18℃、相对湿度90%,上油率0.6%,生产的25 dtex/48 f细旦PA 6 POY断裂强度4.49 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率61.5%;PA 6 DTY较佳生产工艺为加工速度600 m/min,拉伸倍数1.22,热箱温度160~165℃,假捻器速比(D/Y)1.70,生产的22 dtex/48 f细旦PA 6DTY断裂强度4.23 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率27.9%,外观正常,满足客户的使用要求。A fine denier polycaprolactam (PA 6) pre-oriented yarn (POY) and draw textured yarn (DTY) were produced by using bright PA 6 chip with the relative viscosity of 2.47 as raw material via high-speed spinning and false-twist texturing processes. The effects of process conditions on the product properties were discussed. The results showed that the fine denier PA 6 POY of 25 dtex/48 f can be produced with the breaking strength of 4.49 cN/dtex and elongation at break 61.5% under the proper process conditions as followed: spinning temperature 250-265 ℃, cross air blow speed 0.4 m/s, temperature 18 ℃, relative humidity 90%, oil pick up 0.6%; and the fine denier PA 6 DTY of 22 dtex/48 f can be produced with the normal appearance and the breaking strength of 4.23 cN/dtex and elongation at break of 27.9%, satisfying the service requirements of customers, under the process conditions as followed: texturing speed 600 m/min, draw ratio 1.22, hot box temperature 160-165℃, speed ratio of false twister( D/Y ) 1.70.
