摘 要:本试验旨在探讨在犬粮中添加两种市售产品A、B(有效成分为丝兰属提取物)对贵宾成犬粪便质量以及粪便中氨态氮含量的影响。将24只体重相近(3.78±0.63 kg)的1.5岁左右贵宾公犬随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组,每组6个重复,每个重复一只犬。预饲一周后,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮加250 ppm A产品、基础日粮加250ppm B产品、基础日粮加350ppm B产品,每周最后一天收集粪便留样,并进行质量和气味评分。第4周开始全部饲喂基础日粮,收集粪便及打分。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组在第1周结束时粪样气味有下降的趋势(P<0.1),在第2、3周结束时显著性下降(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组在第1、2、3周结束时粪样气味显著性下降(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组在第2周结束时鲜粪中氨态氮含量有下降的趋势(P<0.1),在第3、4周结束时显著性下降(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组在第2、3、4周结束时鲜粪中氨态氮含量显著性下降(P<0.05)。可见,本试验条件下,丝兰属提取物可以减少贵宾犬粪便臭味以及鲜粪中氨态氮的含量,并且250 ppm的B产品效果更好。The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality of feces and ammonia nitrogen in feces by adding two commercial products A and B(the active ingredient is Yucca extract)in dog food. Twenty-four male Poodles weighing approximately 3.78±0.63 kg were randomly divided into control group,trial Ⅰgroup,trial Ⅱ group and trial Ⅲ group. After a week of pre-feeding,the basal diet,basal diet + 250 ppm A product,basal diet + 250 ppm B product,and basal diet + 350 ppm B product were fed,and the feces samples were collected on the last day of the week,which were determined for evaluating the quality and odor scores. All basal diets were fed starting from the fourth week,and feces were collected and scored. The results showed that compared with the control group,the fecal odor of the groupⅠ at the end of the first week had a tendency to decrease(P〈0.1),and decreased significantly at the end of the 2 nd and 3 rd week(P〈0.05). At the end of the 1 st,2 nd,and 3 rd week,the odor of the fecal samples was significantly decreased in the group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ(P〈0.05). At the end of the 2 nd week,the content of ammonia nitrogen in the fresh manure of group Ⅰ decreased(P〈0.1),and decreased significantly at the end of the 3 rd and 4 th week(P〈0.05). At the end of the 2 nd,3 rd and 4 th week,the content of ammonia nitrogen in fresh manure of group Ⅱand Ⅲ were decreased significantly(P〈0.05). The results showed that,under the conditions of this experiment,the Yucca genus extract can reduce the fecal odor of Poodles and the content of ammonia nitrogen in fresh feces. It showed that deodorization effect of the group with adding 250 ppm B product is the best.
