摘  要:介绍了采用气浮-UASB-接触氧化工艺处理屠宰废水的工程实例,结合工程实践,总结了采用该工艺处理屠宰废水的设计和运行。当进水COD_(Cr)、BOD_5、SS、NH_3-N分别为3 000、1 500、2 500、100 mg/L的情况下,出水COD_(Cr)、BOD_5、SS、NH_3-N分别为63.2、12.6、48和2.54 mg/L,去除率均大于97%,出水达到了《肉类加工水污染物排放标准》(GB13457-92)表3中的一级排放标准。该工艺运行稳定,并实现了沼气的高值利用。In this paper,a process integrating air floatation,UASB and biological contact oxidation was employed for the slaughterhouse wastewater treatment.In combination with the engineering practice,design and operation of applying such process into slaughterhouse wastewater treatment were summarized.The results showed that when the average concentration of CODCr,BOD5,SS and NH3-N in the influents was 3 000,1 500,2 500 and 100 mg/L,the average concentration of CODCr,BOD5,SS and NH3-N in the effluents was 63.2,12.6,48 and 2.54 mg/L respectively.The average removal rate was all more than97%.Those indicators met the first-level requirements in table III of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Meat Packing Industry(GB13457-92),and operation of the process was stable and high value use of the biogas was achieved.
