摘　　要：电子邮件是现代社会不可缺少的重要通信方式之一。与此同时,越来越多的犯罪分子会利用电子邮件进行违法犯罪活动,电子邮件逐渐成为执法人员获取犯罪活动证据的重要来源。论文主要介绍电子邮件取证的电子证据来源以及相应的取证分析方法,最后针对目前电子邮件取证存在的主要问题,提出了进一步的研究方向。E-mail is an important and indispensable means of communication. Meanwhile, more and more criminals have begun to use e-mail in various criminal activities, e-mail has become the important source to obtain evidences of criminal activities. The paper discusses the origin of electronic evidence and the corresponding analysis method of e-mail forensics. Finally, some problems in the present study are put forward, and the further research ideas are also proposed.
