摘　　要：发生于北京的"春阿氏案"是晚清"四大疑案"之一,"疑案"的真相随着时间的风尘被后人渐渐遗忘,其间所贯穿的源于民间社会、官僚阶层、最高统治者之间的权力纠葛,使这一案件在预备立宪的特殊背景下指向了晚清社会的现代性问题。而由案件到新闻到文学文本的改写行为,无疑也处于现代性欲求之中。正是在对春阿氏案的梳理、解读与想象中,晚清社会的复杂性跃然纸上。As one of the four most mysterious cases in late Qing Dynasty,the truth of ＂Chun Ashi＂case happened in Beijing has been forgotten by the descendants. But the complicated power relation coming from the folk,bureaucrat and emperor points to the question about modernity. Besides,the behavior of rewriting from news to text also makes it involve in modernity. The complexity of the late Qing Dynasty will be presented by the case of ＂Chun Ashi＂.
