摘　　要：中国特色社会主义文化制度体系,按照学科领域包括文化教育、文学艺术、新闻出版等制度及其体制机制,按照功能性质包括文化管理、文化事业、文化产业等制度及其体制机制。中国特色社会主义文化制度体系,是历史形成的,有着深厚的历史底蕴,又是与时俱进的,有着鲜明的时代特色。这一制度体系,在推动中国特色社会主义发展和制度建设方面取得了较大成就,但是也还存在着很多问题,因而必须深化改革,采取相应的有效对策,以促进其完善发展。The Chinese characteristic socialist culture system, according to s ect areas, includes culture and education, literature and art, press and publishing system and institutional mechanisms; according to functional properties, includes cultural management, cultural undertakings and cultural industry system and institutional mechanisms. The socialist culture system with Chinese characteristics, is also advancing with the times, having distinct characteristics of the times. This system, in promoting the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the system construction has made great achievements. However, there still are many problems. Theretore, we must deepen reform, take effective measures, to promote their sound development.
