摘 要:考虑到住房实质上已成为资产、城市公共服务、户籍等载体,因此,在建立房地产市场长效机制方面,不仅要从信贷、限购等直接干预市场供求关系的手段入手,更要从人口管理、土地利用、房产资产配置等宏观的视角寻找长效制度建设措施。Considering that housing has become a carrier of assets,urban public service and household registration,in terms of establishing a long-term mechanism for the real estate market,it is necessary not only to start with the means of direct intervention in market supply and demand,such as credit and purchase restrictions,but also look for long-term measures to build the system from the macro perspective of population management,land use and property allocation.
