摘  要:目的优选五味子中有效组分超声酶解法的最佳工艺条件。方法以五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素3种有效组分的提取量作为考察指标,采用单因素试验确定其最佳提取工艺。结果优选出最佳提取工艺条件为果胶酶、浓度为1.0%、酸水液p H为4.0、酸水液体积为25 m L、水解温度50℃、酶解时间5 h,在此条件下,超声酶解法提取五味子中有效组分五味子醇甲平均提取量为7.292 mg·g-1,五味子甲素平均提取量为1.268 mg·g-1,五味子乙素平均提取量为2.393 mg·g-1。结论优选的超声酶解法提取五味子有效组分的工艺稳定可行,为五味子有效组分的提取提供参考。Objective To optimize the best extraction process to extract active components from Schisandra chinensis with ultrasonic and enzyme method.Methods By the three extracting content of schisandrin,deoxyschizandrin and γ-schizandrin as the index of evaluation,using single-factor test to determine the best extraction procedure.Results The best extracting process conditions were preferred: the pectinase and concentration of 1.0%,acid water solution of p H 4.0 and volume of 25 m L,hydrolytic temperature of 50 ℃,enzymatic time of 5 h.Under these conditions,the average content of schisandrin was 7.292 mg·g-1,the average content of deoxyschizandrin was 1.268 mg·g-1,and the average content of γ-schizandrin was 2.393 mg·g-1.Conclusion The optimal ultrasonic and enzyme solution was stable and feasible for the process extracting active principle from Schisandra chinensis,it provided a reference for the extracting of active components from Schisandra chinensis.
