摘　　要："互联网+医疗"产业快速发展在给人们带来便利的同时,也给患者隐私安全造成了威胁。本文通过梳理"互联网+医疗"的基本模式,对比传统医疗模式下患者隐私权的保护,探析了"互联网+医疗"模式下患者隐私权的特殊性及其所存在的问题,并从完善立法、加强监管、改进技术等方面给出了具体建议对策。With the rapid development of ＂Internet ＋ medicine＂ industry, while bringing convenience to people, it also poses a threat to patients＇ privacy. Through combing the basic model of ＂Internet ＋ medicine＂ and comparing with the protection of patients＇ privacy under the traditional medical treatment mode, this paper explores andanalyzes the particularity and existing problems of patients＇ privacy under ＂Internet ＋ medicine＂ model, and puts forward specific suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of perfecting legislation, strengthening supervision and improving technology.
