摘 要:为加强再生水水质安全评价,针对目前再生水水质评价指标体系单一、权重计算不合理的问题,基于再生水循环过程建立再生水水质综合评价指标体系,分别利用AHP法确定基础权重和TOPSIS法选择最优常权方案,再利用变权理论建立权重随评价指标取值改变的模糊综合评价模型。通过丽江市的各项实测指标对该模型的合理性进行验证,结果表明:该市的再生水水质综合评价等级为良,评价结果与丽江市实际情况相符,说明该评价模型可行。In order to strengthen the safety of reclaimed water quality and to solve the problem of single evaluation index system and unreasonable weight of recycled water quality,this paper established a comprehensive evaluation system of reclaimed water safety utilization. AHP method was used to determine the basic weight scheme,and TOPSIS selection method was used to obtain the optimal. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with changeable evaluation index by its value was built based on the variable weight theory. Through the measured indicators of K City to verify the rationality of the model,the comprehensive evaluation level of reclaimed water safety in the city is good and the results are in accordance with the actual situation,which shows that the evaluation model is feasible.
