摘 要:分别通过锌-镉还原法和镉-铜还原法对长江口海域不同盐度水样的NO_3-N进行测定,对两种方法结果进行比对分析,并探讨了盐度变化对两种方法结果的影响。结果表明,两组数据具有明显的正相关关系,经实际数据检验以及测量值和拟合值之间的统计检验分析得出:两组数据之间没有显著差异,并且在低盐度区域两种方法具有更好的相关性。为长江口水体NO_3-N的监测提供了数据支撑,以解决海上和陆地NO_3-N监测之间的数据衔接问题。In this paper, the determination of NO3-N in different salinity samples obtained from the Yangtze River Estuary by zinc-cadmium reduction method and cadmium-copper reduction method, respectively, is analyzed, in order to compare the two groups of data and discuss the influence of changing salinity on the results. The results show that there is a correlation between the two groups of data. In addition, this work comes to a conclusion based on the data test and statistical test between the measured value and fitted value that there is no significant difference between the two groups of data. There is a better correlation between the two methods especially in low salinity region. This study could provide a practical basis for the Yangtze River Estuary NO3-N monitoring and the solution to NO3-N testing data coordination of the land and sea.
