摘　　要：目的探讨社区番泻叶制剂治疗儿童急性肾炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年6月~2017年3月收治的68例急性肾炎患儿,采用随机数字表法分为中医组和西医组,每组34例,分别采用番泻叶制剂及常规西医治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、各项肾功指标及不良反应。结果中医组患儿的临床总有效率和治愈率均显著高于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医组患儿的各项肾功指标如血清肌酐、1 h尿红细胞排泄率、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、白蛋白、血β2微球蛋白均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医组患儿的不良反应总发生率(5.88%)显著低于西医组(20.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区番泻叶制剂治疗儿童急性肾炎可显著改善患儿的各项肾功能指标,有助于提高临床效果,且具有较高的安全性,应广泛推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of community Senna preparation treating acute nephritis.Methods Sixty-eight children with acute nephritis admitted into our hospital from June 2015 to March 2017 were selected and they were divided into the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group according to the random number table method,and there were 34 cases in each group,and the above-mentioned two groups was given Senna preparation and conventional western medicine.The clinical effect,various renal function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and total cure rate in the Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those of the western medicine group,and the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.The renal function indexes such as serum creatinine,1 h urinary red blood cell excretion rate,24-hour urinary protein quantification,urea nitrogen,albumin,blood β2 microglobulin in the Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of the western medicine group with significant differences（P〈0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group（5.88%） was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group（20.59%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Community Senna preparation treating acute nephritis can significantly improve the children′s renal function indicators,contribute to the improvement of clinical efficacy,and has a higher safety,and it should be widely promoted.
