某区基层45家医院儿科处方用药合理性分析

摘　　要：目的对某区基层45家医院儿科用药情况进行分析,为儿科合理用药提供参考。方法统计某区基层医院2016年3月儿科处方446张,分析其儿科处方患儿年龄分布、临床诊断分布、单张处方药物种数分布、使用药物分布、使用抗生素分布、给药途径分布。结果单张处方用药5种(含5种)以下292例(65.47%),5种以上154例(34.53%);使用抗生素处方304张,占68.16%(304/446),抗生素限制级使用454例次(64.21%),非限制使用228例次(32.25%),特殊使用25例次(3.54%);静脉注射途径给药284例(63.68%)。结论儿科不合理用药现象严重,应加强基层医院医师、药师、护师的合理用药培训,保障儿科用药安全。Objective To analyze the situation of drug use in the Department of Pediatrics in 45 grassroots hospitals in an area, and to provide a reference for rational drug use in the Department of Pediatrles. Methods Totally 446 pediatric preserlptions of 45 grassroots hospitals in an area were collected, and the distribution of age, clinical diagnosis, drug number in a prescription, medication type, antimicro- bial drug use and administration route was analyzed. Results Prescriptions containing less than 5 drugs（including 5 drugs） were 292 cases（65.47% ）, prescriptions containing more than 5 drugs were 154 cases（34. 53% ）, prescriptions containing antibiotic were 304 cases, accounting for 68.16% （304/446）. For the use level of antimicrobial drug, limited use were 454 cases（64.21% ）, unrestricted use were 228 cases（32. 25% ）, special use were 25 cases（3.54% ）.The administration route of intravenous infusion were 284 cases（63.68% ）. Conclusion The phenomenon of irrational drug use in the Department of Pediatrics is serious. It is necessary to strengthen the training of doctors, pharmacists and nurses in the grassroots hospitals to ensure the safety of drug use in the Department of Pediatrics.
