摘　　要：为研究秧苗移栽期对甘薯种薯萌芽性的调控效应,在大田条件下,以萌芽性差异显著的甘薯品种烟薯25和泰中6号为材料,设置6月19日(CK)、7月1日(T1)和7月12日(T2)3个秧苗移栽期处理,同时收获、贮藏,翌年在小拱棚排种育苗。在排种育苗前,调查各处理种薯的平均单薯重和薯皮特征;在育苗期,调查单位面积采苗数以及秧苗百株重等秧苗素质指标。结果表明,随秧苗移栽期延后,2个品种种薯的薯皮厚度和平均单薯重显著降低,平均单薯根眼数变化不大,单位重量种薯根眼数显著增加。在育苗期,移栽期较晚处理的种薯采苗数增加,秧苗株高增加,茎粗和百株鲜重降低;但是,T2处理的百株鲜重在500 g以上,有5个以上的展开叶节,符合壮苗标准。因此,本研究认为,在黄淮海地区,甘薯繁殖田以7月12日前后移栽为宜。In order to study the effects of the seedling transplanting period on the germination of sweet potato seed tubers,under the conditions of field,the sweet potato varieties Yanshu 25 and Taizhong 6 were used as materials,and three seedling transplanting periods were set in June 19 th（CK）,July 1 st（T1） and July 12 th（T2）.At the same time,the seed tubers were harvested and stored,and was planted in small arch shed next year.The average single potato weight and potato skin characteristics of each seed potato were investigated before seeding.During seedling stage,the seedling quality indexes such as seedling number per unit area and seedling weight per plant were investigated.The results showed that with the transplanting period postponed,the thickness of the skin and the average single potato weight of the two varieties decreased significantly,the average hole numbers of roots of the single sweet potato changed little,and the hole numbers of roots per unit weight increased significantly.In the period of seedling cultivating,the number of seedlings picked up late in the transplanting stage increased,the plant height increased,the stem diameter and the fresh weight of hundred plants decreased.But the fresh weight of hundred plants treated by T2 was above 500 g and there were more than five unfold leaf node,which accorded with the standard of strong seedlings.Therefore,this study suggested that in the sweet potato breeding fields of the Huang-Huai-Hai area,it should be suitablefor transplanting before and after July 12th.
