摘  要:以高蛋白大豆齐黄34为试验材料,研究了高蛋白大豆在不同密度条件下的叶面积指数(LAI)及干物质积累分配动态与产量的关系。结果表明:单株及各器官干物质积累量均随密度增加而减小;干物质前期主要用于营养器官生长,后期主要向生殖器官转运;群体干物质积累量随生育时间延长呈增加趋势,鼓粒期达到峰值;群体及各器官干物质积累量随密度增大先增加后减少,以密度22.5万株/hm2处理最大;群体产量在密度为22.5万株/hm^2时最高,为3 916.67 kg/hm^2;群体LAI的变化趋势大致呈一抛物线,LAI与产量在R2、R4、R7期达显著正相关,在R6期达极显著正相关;大豆群体干物质积累量与产量在R2和R4期呈显著正相关,在R6和R8期呈极显著正相关。Using the high-protein soybean cultivar Qihuang 34 as test material,the relationship among leaf area index(LAI),dry matter accumulation and distribution and yield of high protein soybean under different densities were studied in this experiment.The results showed that the dry matter accumulation of single plant and that in each organ were reduced with the increase of density.The distribution of dry matter was mainly used for vegetative organ growth at early stage and was assigned to reproductive organs at later stage.The dry matter accumulations of population were increased with the extension of growth period,and reached the peak at seed filling stage.As the density increasing,the dry matter accumulation of population and each organ were all firstly increased and then decreased,and the maximum was obtained at 225 thousand plants per hectare.The population yield was the highest when the density was 225 thousand per hectare with the yield of 3 916.67 kg/hm^2.The change trend of population LAI was roughly a parabola,and it was significantly positively correlated with yield at R2,R4 and R7 stages,and very significantly positively correlated with yield at R6.The population dry matter accumulation had significantly positive correlation with yield at R2 and R4,and highly significantly positive correlation with yield at R6 and R8.
