摘　　要：在社会保障私有化发展过程中,智利对传统的现收现付制进行了根本性变革,建立了以个人账户为基础的完全积累制模式,形成了具有典型性的社会保障形式——智利模式。作为社会保障私有化的一种重要模式,智利模式兼具典型性和特殊性,容易在概念界定、价值探讨中出现较大的争议,在其运营和监管、成效和问题等方面备受关注,这些无疑将会对我国养老金制度变革具有重要的镜鉴作用。During the process of development of the social security privatization, Chile has reformed the traditional PAYG systemthoroughly, established the full funding model based on individual account, and formed a typical form of social security-the Chileanmodel. As one of the most important social security privatization mode, the Chilean model, with both particularity and typicality, easilycauses larger controversy during the process of its definitions and value discussion, and draws much attention on its operation and supervision, achievements and problems, which will undoubtedly play an important role in the reform of China＇s pension system.
