国内近20年土地利用规划研究热点及展望——基于共词分析的知识图谱研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨当前土地利用规划研究热点主题的知识图谱及研究展望。[方法]采用多维尺度分析、社会网络分析对1998—2017年CNKI总库中文核心期刊和CSSCI关于土地利用规划研究的1862篇文献进行可视化分析。[结果]国内土地利用规划领域已有一定的研究规模并逐步走向成熟,各大高等院校、科研机构是土地利用规划研究的主要平台。"土地利用规划""土地资源""建设用地""空间规划"是土地利用规划研究的核心关键词,但关键词之间只形成关系相对松散的研究网络,研究的整体性和系统性有待进一步提升。运用多维尺度分析,将近20年国内土地利用规划研究热点主题概括为三大类,分别是土地利用规划与其他规划的协调研究、土地用途管制与土地整治的土地利用规划研究以及土地利用规划评价及信息技术研究。[结论]加强国土空间规划体系研究、完善土地利用规划评价体系研究和重视土地利用规划公众参与研究将是未来土地利用规划领域的重点研究方向。[ Objective] The current land use planning research hot topics of knowledge map and research outlook was explored .[Method]1 862 articles on land use planning were visualized analysis from 1998 to 2017 in CNKI stronger Chinese core periodicmultidimensional scaling analysis and social network analysis. [ Result] The domestic land use planning field has alretain scale and gradually mature, and universities and scientific research institutions were the main platforms. a land use planning” a land re-sources” ” construction land” and “spatial planning” were the core keywords of land use planning research, but they only formed the relativelyloose network,the integrity and systemic need further improve.On the basis of multidimensional scaling analysis, the hot topic that nearly 20years research in the field of domestic land use planning research hot topic can be summarized as ： the coordination of land use planning and other planning research, land use control and land use planning study and land use planning evaluation and information technology research. [Conclusion ] Strengthening the national spatial planning system,perfecting the evaluation system of land use planningtion to public participation in land use planning study will be the focus of the research direction in the future.
