摘 要:[目的]探讨微生物肥料对谷田土壤环境及谷子产量的影响。[方法]设6个处理,分别为CF(N 187.5 kg/hm^2、P_2O_5105 kg/hm^2、K_2O 45 kg/hm^2);CY(常规有机肥2 250 kg/hm^2);CK(不施肥);WF(N 187.5 kg/hm^2、P_2O_5105 kg/hm^2、K2O 45 kg/hm^2+微生物肥75 kg/hm^2);WY(有机肥2 250 kg/hm^2+微生物肥75 kg/hm^2);WB(不施肥+微生物肥75 kg/hm^2)。通过研究土壤温度、近地层CO_2浓度、土壤紧实度、谷子农艺性状等,探讨微生物肥料的施用效果。[结果]添加微生物菌肥后的WY、WF、WB 3个处理较未添加的处理,0~20 cm土层平均地温增加了0.10~0.23℃,0~10 cm土层平均地温增加了0.14~0.27℃;近地层CO_2浓度增加了10~22 mg/L,增幅3.8%~7.6%;0~6 cm土层土壤紧实度降低了2.6%~7.9%,6~12 cm土层降低了2.0%~5.8%;产量增加了125~600 kg/hm^2,增幅3.1%~14.4%。[结论]该研究为谷子合理施肥、提高肥料利用效率提供科学依据。[ Objective ] To study the effect of microbial teitilizer on soil environment and grain yield in millet field. [Method ] Six treatments were set up in this study, namely CF (N 187.5 kg/hm2, P2O5 105 kg/hm2 ,K2O 45 kg/hm2) ,CY (2 250 kg/hm2) ,CK ( no fertilization), WF (N 187.5 kg/hm2, P2O5 105 kg/hm2, K2O 45 kg/hm2 plus 75 kg/hm2 microbial tertilizer), WY ( organic tertilizer 2 250 kg/hm2 plus microbial tertilizer 75 kg/hm2), WB ( no tertilization plus microbial tertilizer 75 kg/hm2). The ettbets of microbial tertilizer were investigated by studying the soil temperatme, the concentration of CO2 near the tbmmtion, the compactness of soil and the agronomic charaeters of grains. [ Result] After adding inorganic fertilizer, thlee processing including WY, WF, WB, the tbllowing indicators have changed significantly than no added process- ing. 0 to 20 em mean ground temperatme inmeased by 0.10 ℃ to 0.23 ℃, 0 to 10 em mean ground temperature inmeased by 0.14 ℃ to 0.27 ℃, the concentration of CO2 in the near strata inmeased by 10 mg/L to 22 mg/L,inereasing by 3.8% to 7.6%. The compactness of 0-6 em soil de- incased by 2.6% to 7.9%, and that of 6 to 12 em demeased by 2.0% to 5.8%. The output inmeased by 125 kg/hm2 to 600 kg/hm2, inmeasing by 3.1% to 14.4%. I Conelusion lThis study provides a scientific basis tbr the reasonable tertilization of millet and the improvement of tertilizer uti- lization etfieieney.
