摘  要:[目的]研究饲用玉米大斑病病原菌毒素粗提液致病机理。[方法]测定饲用玉米大斑病菌毒素粗提液对饲用玉米种子生物活性及胚根防御酶活性的影响。[结果]随着毒素粗提液浓度逐渐增大,种子萌发抑制率、胚根伸长抑制率显著上升。在同一浓度条件下,随处理时间的延长,处理组电导率先降低后升高;在同一处理时间条件下,与对照相比,胚根浸出液的电导率均有所增加。在同一浓度条件下,随处理时间的延长,处理组MDA含量先下降后上升;在同一处理时间条件下,随毒素粗提液浓度降低,胚根MDA含量降低,含量提高率下降。经毒素粗提液处理后,饲用玉米种子胚根内4种防御酶SOD、POD、PPO和PAL活性明显降低,说明毒素对饲用玉米体内保护酶起抑制作用。[结论]该研究可为饲用玉米大斑病的流行规律研究和防治提供理论依据。[ Objective ] To study the pathogenic mechanism of pathogenic bacteria toxin crude extract of leaf blight in torage maize. [ Method ] The etteet of the toxin elude extract from maize on the biological activity and root defense enzyme activity of torage maize seeds was detemlined. [ Re- sult] With the increase of crude extract concentration of toxin, the gemlination inhibition rate and radicle elongation inhibition rate of the seeds increased significantly.Under the same concentration conditions, the conductivity of the treatment group deereased at first and then inereased.At the same treatment time, the electrical conductivity of radicle extract inereased compared with the control. Under the same concentration, the MDA content of the treatment group filet declined with the prolonged treatment time and then increased.Under the same treatment time, with the deerease of toxin crude extract concentration, MDA content of radicle deereased, the rate of increase of content deereased.After treatment of toxin crude extract, the activities of SOD, POD, PPO and PAL in radicle of torage maize seed were significantly decrased, indicating that toxin inhib- ited the protective enzymes in torage maize. [ Conclusion ]This study can provide theoretieal basis tor the epidemic rule and prevention and control of leaf blight in forage maize.
