摘　　要：重庆某垃圾二次转运站工程总承包项目是重庆市重点工程,涵盖设计、采购、施工、开车及试运行等建设阶段。结合项目管理实践分析了项目沟通管理重点。项目沟通管理贯穿项目管理的全过程,应依据规范和实际需求编制详细的沟通管理计划,明确干系人、沟通内容、介入阶段、重要性、沟通频率、沟通方式及责任人,并在项目实施过程中动态调整。通过沟通管理责任化、规范化、信息化、动态化建设,不断提升项目沟通管理能力,确保项目管理目标如期实现。Taking the EPC project of refuse transfer station in Chongqing,which includes design,procurement,construction,commissioning,and trial operation as an example,the emphasis on communication management was analyzed and improvement management method was discussed as reference for next EPC projects.With the specific content of relevant departments, communication content, communication time, importance, communication frequency,communication method and responsible person,project communication management plan should be prepared according to code and management specification and actual demand.Through the construction of responsibility,standardization,information and dynamic improving communication management ability was used to achieve project management objectives.
