京杭大运河(天津段)水环境存在问题及治理对策

摘　　要：京杭大运河作为天津市一段重要河流,流经武清区、北辰区、西青区、静海区,在流域社会和经济发展过程中起着极为重要的作用。随着区域人口与社会生产的发展,对水的需求量在急剧增加;同时,随着人类社会经济活动对自然环境影响的加剧,水质恶化情况越来越突出,以至成为区域经济与社会发展的一个重要制约因素。阐述了大运河(天津段)水环境质量、汇水区范围内主要污染物类型及排放情况、存在的水环境问题、水质变化趋势等,提出了相应治理对策。The Grand Canal（Tianjin section）,flowing through Wuqing,Beichen,Xiqing and Jinghai districts,is an important river in Tianjin and plays an extremely important role in the social and economic development.With the developing of regional population and social production,the water supply on people life and production is increasing rapidly.This made the social economy activities drastic impacting on the natural environment.The deterioration of water quality emerged as a major issue,which is an important constraint upon the development of regional economy and society.This paper reports water environment problems along the Grand Canal（Tianjin section）and the water quality change trend.Some countermeasures were proposed for consideration or discussion.
