电针治疗中风后偏瘫患者中医症征疗效评价

摘　　要：目的通过中风中医症征量表评价电针治疗缺血性中风后偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法对120例中风后偏瘫患者采用多中心随机对照研究,分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规康复训练,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上加用电针治疗。两组疗程均为8周。主要结局指标为简化Fugl-Meyer评分、中医症征积分量表。结果治疗组治疗后简化Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医症征积分量表评分与生活质量评分较治疗前有改善,但与对照组相比未见明显差异。仅治疗组"精力"维度积分改善优于对照组。结论电针可改善中风后遗症期偏瘫患者运动功能及中医症征量表中"精力"状况。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in treating hemiplegia after ischemic stroke by using the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and signs scale for stroke. Method A total of 120 post-stroke hemiplegia patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group by multi-centered randomized controlled design, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional rehabilitation training, while the treatment group was additionally given electroacupuncture. The two groups were both treated for 8 weeks. The main outcome measures included short-form Fugl-Meyer Assessment（FMA） and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and signs scale. Result After the treatment, the FMA score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）; the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and signs score and quality of life score showed improvement in the treatment group after the intervention, yet insignificantly different from those in the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group only in the improvement of the score of vigor. Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve the motor function and vigor in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and signs scale of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.
