摘　　要：目的观察耳穴贴压配合皮内针治疗乳腺增生病的疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。观察组采用耳穴贴压配合皮内针治疗,对照组采用普通针刺,隔日1次,3次为1个疗程,连续治疗5个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后症状、体征积分,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后症状、体征积分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压配合皮内针治疗乳腺增生病疗效显著?Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of auricular point sticking plus intradermal needle for hyperplasia of mammary glands. Method Seventy-two patients were randomized into an observation group（36 cases） and a control group（36 cases）. The observation group was intervened by auricular point sticking plus intradermal needle, while the control group was intervened by ordinary acupuncture, once every other day, 3 times as a course of treatment, for successive 5 courses. The symptom and sign scores were compared before and after the treatment, and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups. Result After the treatment, the symptom and sign scores decreased significantly in both groups（P0.05）, and the observation group was superior to the control group（P0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Auricular point sticking plus intradermal needle can produce a significant efficacy in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.
