耳管灸治疗神经性耳鸣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳管灸干预措施下,神经性耳鸣的临床症状改善、总体疗效以及安全性。方法运用简单随机化、单盲的研究方法将61例神经性耳鸣患者分为耳管灸组和针刺组,其中耳管灸组31例,针刺组30例。以耳鸣残疾量表(THI)评分,耳鸣响度匹配,烦躁评估等级等为观察指标,评估治疗前后临床症状改善、总体疗效及安全性。结果耳管灸组总有效率为74.2%,针刺组总有效率为76.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组疗效相当。耳管灸组和针刺组对THI评分、耳鸣响度匹配和烦躁评估等级有明显改善(P<0.05)。两组无不良事件发生。结论耳管灸治疗神经性耳鸣临床疗效肯定,可有效改善THI量表评分、耳鸣响度及烦躁等级,与针刺疗法相比,两种治疗方法疗效相当。Objective To observe the improvement in clinical symptom, total effective rate and safety of ear canal moxibustion in treating nervous tinnitus. Method By using a simple randomized single-blind design, 61 patients with nervous tinnitus were divided into an ear canal moxibustion group and an acupuncture group, with 31 cases in the ear canal moxibustion group and 30 cases in the acupuncture group. The Tinnitus Handicap Inventory（THI）, tinnitus loudness match and irritability rating were adopted as the observation indexes to evaluate the improvement in clinical symptoms after the treatment, total effective rate and safety. Result The total effective rate was 74.2% in the ear canal moxibustion group versus 76.7% in the acupuncture group, while the between-group difference was statistically insignificant（P0.05）, indicating that the two groups were comparable in efficacy. The ear canal moxibustion group and acupuncture group both showed significant improvements in the THI score, tinnitus loudness match and irritability rating（P0.05）. No adverse events occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Ear canal moxibustion can produce valid efficacy in treating nervous tinnitus, and it can effectively improve the THI score, tinnitus loudness match and irritability rating; its efficacy is comparable to that of acupuncture.
