“耳八针”治疗感音神经性耳聋临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察"耳八针"治疗感音神经性耳聋的临床疗效。方法将60例感音神经性耳聋患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用"耳八针"治疗,对照组口服甲钴胺片治疗。连续治疗4周后,采用纯音测听及量表评估,比较两组治疗前后患者听力与耳鸣疗效,及抑郁评分(SDS)的变化情况。结果治疗组改善听力方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗耳鸣疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后SDS评分较对照组下降更明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "耳八针"治疗感音神经性耳聋疗效优于甲钴胺片治疗,可明显改善听力、耳鸣及可能伴随的抑郁情绪,且较安全。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of＂ear eight needles＂ therapy for sensorineural deafness. Method Sixty patients with sensorineural deafness were randomized to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received ＂ear eight needles＂ therapy and the control group took mecobalamin tablets. Therapeutic effects on hearing and tinnitus and the Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） scores were compared by pure tone audiometry and scale assessment between the two groups of patients after treatment. Result Hearing was improved more in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.The therapeutic effect on tinnitus was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.01）. After treatment, the SDS score decreased more in the treatment group than in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the groups（P0.05）. Conclusion ＂Ear eight needles＂ therapy is more effective than mecobalamin tablets in treating sensorineural deafness. It can markedly improve hearing and relieve tinnitus and likely accompanying depressive mood and is safer.
