针刀配合拔罐治疗湿热型湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刀配合拔罐对湿热型湿疹患者的湿疹面积及严重度指数(EASI)评分、瘙痒积分的临床疗效。方法将62例符合诊断标准的湿热型湿疹患者,采用前瞻性的研究方法,按照就诊的先后顺序,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例。治疗组给予针刀配合拔罐的方法治疗,选取大椎、身柱、灵台、阴陵泉(双侧)、血海(双侧);对照组单纯给予中药煎剂内服。观察两组治疗前后主症积分变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后EASI评分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组EASI评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后瘙痒积分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组瘙痒积分低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为90.3%,对照组为67.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刀配合拔罐是一种治疗湿热型湿疹有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of needle knife therapy plus cupping on the Eczema Area and Severity Index（EASI） score and the pruritus score in patients with dampness-heat-type eczema. Method A prospective study was carried out. Sixty-two patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of dampness-heat-type eczema were allocated, in order of visits and using a random number table, to treatment and control groups, 31 cases each. The treatment group received needle knife therapy plus cupping provided for selected points Dazhui（GV14）, Shenzhu（GV12）, Lingtai（GV10）, Yinlingquan（GB34, both sides） and Xuehai（SP10, both sides）. The control group took herbal decoction. The main symptom score was recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Result The EASI score decreased significantly in both groups of patients after treatment compared with before（P0.05）. The EASI score decreased significantly more in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.01）. The pruritus score decreased significantly in both groups of patients after treatment compared with before（P0.05）. The pruritus score decreased significantly more in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.01）. The total efficacy rate was 90.3% in the treatment group and 67.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）. Conclusion Needle knife therapy plus cupping is an effective way to treat dampness-heat-type eczema.
