摘　　要：炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一组慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎(UC)和克罗恩病(CD)。炎症小体作为一种大分子复合蛋白,在炎症发生发展与机体固有免疫中发挥了重要作用。其中NLRP3在IBD的发生发展与维持肠道稳态的作用机制中起到了双向调节的作用。该文综述了NLRP3炎性小体在IBD中的研究进展以及针灸对其的调节作用及可能机制,以期为针灸治疗炎症性肠病的临床和机制研究提供新思路。Inflammatory bowel disease（IBD） is a group of chronic nonspecific inflammatory intestinal diseases including Crohn＇s disease（CD） and ulcerative colitis（UC）. The inflammasome is macromolecular multiprotein and plays an important role in inflammatory occurrence and development and bodily innate immunity. NLRP3 inflammasome produces a bidirectional regulating effect in the occurrence and development of IBD and the mechanism of maintaining intestinal homeostasis. This article reviews research advances in NLRP3 inflammasome in IBD, and the regulating effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on it and the possible mechanism to provide a new idea for clinical and mechanism studies of acupuncture-moxibustion treatment for inflammatory bowel disease.
