摘　　要：环境问题与能源紧缺现状推动中国城市建设由增量扩张向存量优化转型,在此背景下,对既有社区进行绿色更新势在必行。简述现阶段既有社区绿色更新研究对象与内容。针对研究中存在的整体性不足、缺乏社会人文层面研究等问题,提出以积极主动进行农业、能源生产和社会文化资本再开发为目标的生产性城市理念;并基于上述理念,以天津市某小区为例,探讨社区生产性绿色更新模式的构想,深入分析针对社区不同空间宜采用的生产性绿色功能整合策略与方法。揭示社区生产性绿色更新模式在我国城市化建设中经济、社会、文化、生态等多个层面的优势,为解决中国社区更新问题提供借鉴与参考。Environmental problems and energy shortage make China＇s urban construction transfotvn from physical expansion to built - up area improvement. In that context, it is imperative to renew the existing urban communities with green renewal strategies. This paper first analyzes the current green renewal research of existing communities. And then, in order to solve the problems of lacking integrity and social humanistic research, the concept of productive city is proposed to promote agriculture and energy production and social cultural capital redevelopment in a proactive way. Based on that concept, through the case study qf a residential district in Tianjin, this paper makes discussions about the productive green renewal mode of existing urban communities and clarifies the implementation process of this mode. At the same time, it analyzes the integration strategies and methods of productive green function on different spaces. At last, it reveals the advantages of this mode in China＇s urbanization process on economy, society, culture and ecology. The findings aim at providing reference for the current community renewal construction in China.
