摘　　要：主要针对北京市公共建筑电耗限额管理中电耗限额值的计算方法进行了研究。通过对北京市公共建筑电耗情况的分析,确定了北京市公共建筑电耗限额值的计算原则。从理论上对限额值的合理性或局限性进行分析,并对电耗限额值发布后出现的部分问题进行了分析。实践证明,北京市公共建筑电耗限额具备一定的可行性、科学性和先进性,对促进我市公共建筑节能工作有着积极的意义。This paper mainly studies the calculation method of power consumption quota in the power consumption quota management of public buildings in Beijing. Based on the analysis of power consumption of public buildings in Beijing, the calculation principle of power consumption quota of public buildings in Beijing is determined. The rationality or limitation of the quota is analyzed theoretically, and some problems are analyzed after the power consumption quota is issued. Practice has proved that the power consumption quota of public buildings in Beijing is feasible, scientific and advanced. It has positive significance for promoting the energy -saving work of public buildings in Beijing.
