摘　　要：确定了5L以下小中空容器树脂的物性指标和生产工艺条件,在大庆石化分公司高密度聚乙烯装置进行工业化生产,并进行加工应用试验。生产的产品熔体流动速率0.25~0.55g/10min,密度0.948~0.952g/cm3,断裂伸长率大于500%,耐环境应力开裂时间大于26h,抗拉强度大于23MPa。产品性能达到设计指标要求,制品可满足用户要求。The physical properties and production conditions of the small hollow container resin under 5 L are determined. The industrial production of HDPE plant is carried out in Daqing Petrochemical Co, and the experiment of processing and app are carried out. The meh flow rate is 0.25-0.55 g/10 min, and density is 0 0.952g/cm3,and the tensile fracture strain is greater than 500%, and resistance to environmental stress cracking time is greater than 26 h, and tensile yield stress is greater than 23 MPa.The product performance meets the design requirements, and the products meet the needs of the users.
