摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为接枝单体,苯乙烯(St)为接枝共单体,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,采用熔融共混法制备了接枝率高达3.63%的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)接枝GMA(HDPE-g-GMA)。通过红外光谱分析、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、力学性能测试系统研究了HDPE-g-GMA对HDPE/尼龙6(PA6)共混物的增容作用。结果表明:HDPE-g-GMA显著改善了HDPE和PA6之间的相容性,增强了两相间的界面黏结性,使得PA6分散相颗粒尺寸减小,均匀地分散在HDPE基体中;适量HDPE-g-GMA改变了PA6相在HDPE基体中的结晶行为,有效提高了共混物的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。High density polyethylene grafted glycidyl methacrylate (HDPEg GMA) with high graft yield of 3.63% is prepared by melt mixing with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) as graft monomer, styrene (St) as graft comonomer and dicumylperoxide (DCP) as free radical initiator. Then, the compatibilization of high density polyethylene/polyamide 6 (HDPE/PA6) blends using HDPE-g-GMA as compatibilizer are systematically investigated by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, differential scanning calorimeter and mechanical test. The results show that HDPE-g-GMA can effectively reinforce the miscibility and interracial adhesion of the two phases of HDPE and PA6. Moreover, the size of PA6 dispersion phase decreases, and the dispersion of PA6 phase in HDPE matrix is improved. The crystallization behavior of PA6 phase in HDPE matrix is changed, and the tensile strength and elongation at break of HDPE/PA6 blends can be increased by mixing with appropriate amount of HDPE-g-GMA.
