摘  要:以翘曲变形比较严重的手机上壳为例,先利用拉丁方试验设计得到样本数据,再通过移动最小二乘法(MLS)对试验设计数据进行拟合,得到模型,最后采用粒子群寻优法(PSO)对近似模型进行优化,寻找一组合适的注塑工艺参数,使翘曲变形量达到最小。试验结果表明,基于移动最小二乘法响应面方法的注塑件翘曲优化方法可行,并且优化后翘曲变形量达到0.557 9mm,较优化前降低35.3%。Based on top phone shell with serious warpage as an example, we get the ;ample data using Latin square test at first. Then by fitting the experimental data by moving least square we achieve the model. We optimize the approximate model with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to find a set of suitable injection molding process parameters to reach the minimum warpage. Experimental results show that it is feasible for injection warpage optimization based on moving least squares response surface method, and the data of warpage is 0. 557 9mm,which is 35.3% lower than before.
