摘 要:为了提高叶片加工精度,提出基于双重螺旋法加工及机床参数全局优化的飞机叶片加工方法。构建飞机发动机叶片加工的超差分布特征参量模型,根据加工的超差参数进行叶片的气动阻尼分析,在叶片各阶主振动模态下计算叶片双重螺旋加工的几何参数和机床调整参数,根据叶片加工的螺旋运动系数获得机床的二阶控制参数,对加工调整参数采用Runge-Kutta法进行加速迭代求解,结合轮廓度的超差进行齿长方向修形,对加工超差和几何误差采用连续反馈补偿方法进行敏感性修正,实现叶片加工机床调整参数优化计算。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行飞机叶片双重螺旋法加工,加工参数的自适应调整和修正性能较好,提高了叶片双重螺旋加工精度,误差稳态收敛控制性能较好。To improve the processing accuracy of the aircraft blade,an aircraft blade machining method based on double helical processing and global optimization of machine parameters is proposed in this paper.First,the out-of-tolerance characteristics parameter model was constructed for aircraft engine blade processing.Then,the aerodynamic damping analysis was performed based on the out-of-tolerance parameters in the processing.Next,the geometric parameters and machine adjustment parameters of blade double helical processing were calculated while the blade was in main vibration modes at different levels.Besides,the control parameters of the machine were obtained according to the screw motion coefficients of the blade processing.The parameters of machining adjustment were calculated by using Runge-Kutta acceleration iteration.Finally,the tooth length and direction of the blade was modified by combining the contour error,and the continuous feedback compensation method was applied to reduce the errors,thus the adjusted parameters of blade processing machine can be optimized.The simulation results show that the proposed method can control the errors well and improve the blade processing precision.
