疼痛评估护理在蛛网膜下腔出血护理中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨蛛网膜下腔出血护理中疼痛评估护理的应用效果。方法:66例蛛网膜下腔出血患者按照随机数字表法,分为研究组(疼痛评估护理)与对照组(常规护理),对比两组护理效果。结果:干预后,研究组疼痛分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组焦虑、抑郁评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在蛛网膜下腔出血护理中实施疼痛评估护理的效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective： To explore the application effect of pain assessment nursing in subarachnoid hemorrhage nursing.Methods： 66 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were divided into the study group（ pain evaluation Nursing） and the control group（ routine nursing） according to the random digital table method,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results： the pain classification in the study group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the scores of anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： the effect of pain assessment nursing in the nursing of subarachnoid hemorrhage is significant,which is worthy of popularization and application.
