摘　　要：针对当前视频监控系统相互独立、互不连通、影响公安机关办案效率的问题,本文研究了公安机关视频图像信息整合与共享平台的开发与应用。在详细分析关键技术的基础上,提出了硬件架构设计和软件系统设计方案,并详细研究了系统能够实现的功能。In view of the problem that the current video surveillance system is independent and disconnected from each other,and affects the efficiency of the public security organs,this paper studies the development and application of the video image information integration and sharing platform of the public security organs. On the basis of detailed analysis of key technologies,the hardware architecture design and software system design scheme are proposed,and the functions of the system are studied in detail.
