锅筒上集中下降管管接头焊接裂纹的解决措施

摘  要:通过对太原锅炉集团有限公司高压锅炉锅筒上集中下降管管接头产生焊接裂纹的制造工艺进行了分析,找出集中下降管管接头焊接裂纹原因,并从两方面提出解决措施,集中下降管结构从伸入锅筒内表面一段的插入结构更改为与锅筒内表面平齐的马鞍式结构,坡口根部间隙由18 mm更改为14 mm,焊接垫圈由半圆环组装结构改为整体圆环结构;焊接方法由焊条电弧焊更改为埋弧自动焊,最终成功解决了集中下降管管接头焊接裂纹。In this paper, the author analyzed manufacturing technique of producing welding crack of pipe joint of common downcomer on boiler barrel in Taiyuan Boiler Group Co., Ltd., and found the reasons of welding cracks. Then, the author put forward solutions from two aspects: inserted structure sicking into surface internal barrel by common downcomer structure is changed to saddle-type structure, and gap at bottom of groove is changed from 18 mm to 14 mm, semi-circular ring of backup ring of welding is changed to circular ring structure; welding rod arc welding is changed to union melt welding, which finally successfully welding cracks of pipe joint of common downcomer.
