头孢呋肟联合痰热清对慢性支气管炎患者的疗效及对CRP、TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究头孢呋肟联合痰热清对慢性支气管炎患者的疗效及对CRP、TNF-α水平的影响。方法将2014年10月~2016年10月于我院治疗的80例患者作为此次研究对象。用随机数字表法分成两组,观察组40例及对照组40例,对照组患者使用头孢呋肟进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用头孢呋肟及痰热清进行联合治疗。比较两组患者在治疗前后的临床疗效及CRP、TNF-α水平的变化。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的82.5%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的CRP及TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头孢呋肟及痰热清联合使用对CB患者有较好的治疗效果,还可改善患者机体的炎症水平,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect and its influence on the level of CRP, TNF-α of cefuroxime combined with Tanreqing in the treatment of patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods Eighty patients treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were included in this study. All them were divided into two groups by random number table, 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with cefuroxime, the experimental group was treated with cefuroxime and Tanreqing on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy and the level of TNF-α of CRP in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%, which was higher than 82.5% of control group（P〈0.05）. The levels of CRP and TNF-α in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cefuroxime combined with Tanreqing has a better therapeutic effect on chronic bronchitis patients, which also can improve the patient＇s body inflammation level, and is worth clinical promotion.
