络活喜联合雅施达治疗老年重型高血压的效果研究

摘　　要：目的讨论老年重型高血压疾病采用络活喜联合雅施达治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月~2017年7月期间我院收治的老年重型高血压患者(共计130例)纳入此次研究中,利用硬币分组的形式对其进行分组,分为单一组(采用络活喜进行治疗)与联合组(络活喜联合雅施达进行治疗),对其治疗效果、4h平均血压、白昼平均血压及夜间平均血压水平进行分析比较。结果(1)单一组患者治疗总有效率为78.54%,联合组患者治疗总有效率为96.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)在治疗前两组患者24h平均血压、白昼平均血压及夜间平均血压水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后联合组患者24h平均血压、白昼平均血压及夜间平均血压水平控制效果比单一组患者好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)单一组患者药物不良反应发生率为30.8%,联合组患者药物不良反应发生率为7.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论络活喜联合雅施达治疗老年重型高血压患者具有理想的临床疗效,有效的维持了患者的血压水平,同时不良反应发生率较低,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined application of Luohuoxi and Yashida in elderly patients with severe hypertension. Methods A total of 130 cases with severe hypertension were selected from March 2016 to July 2017 to be included in the study.They were divided into single group（treated with Luo huo Xi） and combined group（treated with Luohuoxi and Yashida）.The therapeutic effect,4 h mean blood pressure,daytime mean blood pressure and nighttime mean blood pressure were analyzed and compared. Results（1）The total effective rate of the single group was 78.54%,and that of the combined group was 96.9%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;（2）Before treatment,there was no difference in 24-hour mean blood pressure,daytime mean blood pressure and nighttime mean blood pressure between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the control effect of 24-hour mean blood pressure, daytime mean blood pressure and nighttime mean blood pressure in the combined group was better than that in the single group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 30.8 % in the single group and 7.6 % in the combined group. the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Luohuoxi combined with Yashida has an ideal clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with severe hypertension. it effectively maintains the blood pressure level of the patients. meanwhile, the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low, which is worthy of promotion.
